2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following information when you make a reservation or inquiry: ・Name ・Email address ・Phone number ・Credit card information (processed via payment processor) ・Number of guests and stay dates ・Identification document (passport, driver's license, etc.)
3. Purpose of Use
Collected personal information is used for the following purposes: ・Accepting, managing, and confirming reservations ・Providing necessary information for your stay ・Responding to inquiries ・Creating guest registers as required by law
4. Third-Party Disclosure
We do not disclose personal information to third parties except in the following cases: ・As required by law ・Sharing with our reservation management system (Beds24) for booking processing ・Sharing with payment processors to the extent necessary for payment ・Sending information to Google to analyze site use and booking sources
5. Security
We take appropriate security measures to prevent leakage, loss, or alteration of personal information.
6. Analytics and Booking Sources
We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand site use and where direct booking visits come from. When configured, we obtain Google's client and session identifiers during browsing and send them to Google with the currency and booking amount after Beds24 confirms a reservation. Booking-source details (source, medium, campaign, an allowlisted page name, and referring host) are kept in the browser until the tab closes and are linked to the Stripe checkout session and Beds24 reservation when a booking is started. We do not store or send the full URL, search terms, email addresses, or phone numbers as booking-source details. We do not guarantee that these details alone cannot identify someone or that analytics data is always anonymous. The completion event is sent only after a Beds24 reservation is confirmed; it does not mean a payment was completed.
